Located in Fort Collins, Myridium Old Town Luxury Residences is at the corner of Maple Street and North Meldrum Street.

For their new project, the developer—Schuman Companies—wanted to create a brand that appeals to affluent purchasers looking to enjoy the lifestyle and amenities of downtown Fort Collins living.

Branding, Logo Design, and Graphics

Schuman Companies liked the idea of a one-word name that is unique. After methodical research and hundreds of possibilities, we presented them with five options that had available domains. Myridium, an invented word that is bold, modern, and one-of-a-kind, became the clear winner.

The fine silver detail in the logo and steel blue color were chosen to help create the luxurious state of mind that Myridium brings to downtown Fort Collins. Included with their logo design package is artwork for signage and business stationary. A sophisticated pattern is created in the designs by repeating a single element from the logo icon.

One very important item that was missing from the branding package was a visual representation of the building. Schuman provided us with architectural drawings that were highly technical and detailed but were not meant for marketing use. We were able to work with these drawings to create a beautiful 3D rendering to illustrate what life at Myridium will be like.

Web Design and Development

The website for Myridium is a selling tool. Floor plans can be viewed online and filtered by level, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, style, and type of layout.

Website visitors can interact with the site plan to see where every unit is located in the building.

Each unit has its own PDF sales sheet complete with a branded floor plan that can be downloaded to any device.

To reduce operation costs and save the real estate team time, the contact registration form asks important questions to prequalify potential buyers.

Outcome

Myridium has a name, personality, and image that affluent buyers can relate to.
The branding graphics and architectural renderings make it easy for their internal marketing team to promote Myridium. They have all of the elements they need to create artwork for advertisements, brochures, signage, etc.
Real estate agents are reporting that letters of intent are coming in and contracts are being signed at a desirable pace.
