- We use cloud-based SSD VPS servers for fast, reliable hosting. Perfect for Joomla!, Wordpress, and other CMS website platforms.

- SSL certificates are included in all of our support packages.

- Every night your website is backed up. If we need to access your backed up files for any reason, the most recent 2 weeks of backups are available on our Amazon AWS server.
- Bi-Weekly Software Updates
- Every two weeks we update Joomla and Wordpress software that needs it.

- CMS and plugin security updates administered on a bi-weekly schedule.
- 24/7 Site Monitoring
- Every 5 minutes your website is checked to ensure it is live. If your site is down for any reason, we are notified immediately.
- Basic Firewall (WordPress)
- WordPress sites include Wordfence, an application-level firewall that automatically blocks brute force login attempts, known malicious traffic, and many common attacks. We run a manual security scan once per month as part of our update cycle. In today's environment software alone has limits — that's where our Managed Web Security plan comes in.

- The CDN does a couple things, it helps prevent your site from being the target of DDoS attack–a standard security firewall can't stop this type of attack. The CDN also hosts your images and other files related to your website in multiple locations on the cloud so it loads faster.

- Priority Tech Support
- We prioritize tech support for the websites using our services. If an issue arises with your website, we are on it asap. However, if you are not utilizing our managed web services then your issue will be put into the standard first come/first serve queue– this means that sometimes we'll be able to take care of it right away and other times it may take a couple days before we can get to it.
