Sustainable Marketing® Packages

What types of businesses do you work with?
Our typical client is a small- to medium-sized company that operates in heavily regulated industries like construction, manufacturing, and professional services that have an extensive sales cycle. Their prospects generally carry out in-depth research and follow a formal approval process before making a purchasing decision.
What can I do to make sure our marketing plan is a success?
In order to ensure the success of your marketing system, you must be committed to following suggestions and advice to the best of your ability. This includes trying marketing tactics that are new to you, providing us with your marketing assets, following agreed upon timelines, attending scheduled meetings, providing feedback to our team, etc.
How much of my time do I need to spend working on our Sustainable Marketing® system?
The amount of time you will need to dedicate will vary depending on our service agreement. The first 60 days is typically the most demanding because there is a lot to do. During this time, we will need to get your blog up and running, develop your sustainable marketing strategy, and create a lot of content before the launch. Each week will require a 30-60 minute phone call meeting, as well as time to accomplish that week's action items. To ensure a smooth launch, it's safe to plan 4-8 hours each week at a minimum. After 60 days—once the new marketing system is launched—the demands on your time will decrease.
How long will it take to see results?
Depending on your goals, this will vary. For example, some clients want to build brand recognition and be seen as leaders in their industry, while others put more value on generating qualified leads for their sales department. Developing your strategic marketing system will improve the impression people have of your brand immediately. It is also possible for leads to be generated as soon as your system is in place. However, since sustainable marketing is not a short-term project, it will likely take 3-6 months before you will see a consistent increase in new leads. Your results will be influenced by your lead qualification criteria, how frequently we are publishing relevant content for you, the willingness of your team to participate in the process, your social media reach, how many quality contacts are in your database, and the length of your sales cycle.
If I am not ready to commit to a 12-month agreement, can I still sign up for a marketing package?
The minimum service agreement for our monthly marketing packages is 4 months. Contact us and we will be happy to put together a custom package for you.
Can we write our own content?
Creating a steady stream of strategic, well-written content is one of the most time consuming and important parts of developing your sustainable marketing system. For most businesses, finding the time to do it consistently is not always possible or the best use of internal resources. A strategy we have found that works very well is for us to get a "rough draft" from you through an interview or in written form. We then fine-tune this raw text and create the finished piece for you.
Do you work with companies that are not local?
Yes. We work with many clients that are not located in northern Colorado. With all of the options for communicating these days it has become common to collaborate remotely.
Do you offer 'pay as you go' marketing services?
Our 'pay as you go' pricing is $125/hour. Although we do not recommend 'pay as you go' marketing services for your long-term strategy, there are many reasons you may have short-term needs. The digital and traditional marketing services we provide include—but are not limited to—strategy, inbound marketing, campaigns, seo, graphic design, photography, copywriting, pay-per-click, social media, etc.
How are payments handled?
Monthly marketing packages are billed at the beginning of every month.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
Can I try your services before I decide to sign up for a marketing package?
Yes. We offer a comprehensive marketing review, strategy, and game plan for $2,400. We will start by learning more about your company and goals, analyzing your current marketing activities and assets, researching your competition, defining your customer profiles, conducting SEO research, and examining the technical aspects of your website. Based on all of this work, we will develop the framework for your sustainable marketing system. With your action plan in hand, you can decide if you would like to move forward by signing a service agreement.
How quickly can we get started?
We start developing your marketing system about 2 weeks after you sign the service agreement. This lead time is used to prepare our team for the launch.

Logo Design and Graphics

How long does it take to complete a logo design project?
Timeframes are based on the scope of your project. A logo design package will take about 2-3 weeks. A more comprehensive package can take up to 3 months depending on the deliverables.
I created my own logo, but I need it to be "cleaned up" and made into print ready art. Will you help me?
Projects like this fall outside the scope of work our agency does. Our brand identity design services are only available as part of a package.
How can I be sure that I will like the design?
At the beginning of the project you will fill out our branding questionnaire. Your answers help us understand your business and guide the design process. We work closely with you throughout your project and offer many opportunities for you to provide feedback. You can be confident that you will be proud of your logo.

If we already have a logo can you design a business card or brochure for us?
The services we offer our clients include logo design and graphics, web design and development, and ongoing marketing support. Please contact us so we can learn more about your specific needs.
Do you offer print services?
Yes. We can take care of most print projects for you. We've partnered with vendors that can print a wide variety of products including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, display graphics, trade show displays, event tents, etc.
If you already have a relationship established with a printer, we can send them the appropriate files on your behalf.
How can I start a logo design project?

Web Design and Development

How much does a website cost?
This is a very common question and not easy to answer in a couple of sentences. See our blog article How much does a custom website cost? for an in-depth look at this topic. After you read the article, let's discuss your project.
How long does it take to complete a web design project?
Timeframes can vary greatly depending on the scope of your project. The timeline for a typical informational website is about 1-2 months. A functional website can take about 2-3 months or even more depending on the situation. After an initial meeting we'll understand your needs better and can provide you with an accurate timeline.
I created my own website, but there are some things that I can't figure out. Will you help me?

Do you use website builders like Wix and Squarespace?
No. Our web design and development services only include custom website technologies.

Website Maintenance

What types of websites do you support?
We support most PHP/MySQL frameworks and software. Joomla!, WordPress, BigCommerce and Shopify are common platforms that we support. If you have something different, contact us and we’ll see if we can help.
How is your website maintenance service different?
We have been developing websites and supporting them for our clients since 2001. Your website will be managed by a team consisting of digital marketing experts, talented graphic designers, and skilled developers.
While there are many website maintenance services out there, they generally won’t help you with projects that involve marketing strategy, are too complex, or take a lot of time to implement. Because we are a full-service marketing agency, our team will help you with anything from simple theme modifications to digital marketing campaigns to custom feature development.
Do you offer 'pay as you go' website maintenance?
For customers who don’t want to commit to a monthly package, we offer website development services for $125/hour, billable in 30-minute increments. If we have not worked on your site before, we require a minimum of 2 hours to get acquainted with it. 'Pay as you go' maintenance requests will be completed in 1-5 days depending on current workload.

Can I have multiple sites in my website maintenance package?
If you are in charge of multiple websites, contact us for a custom proposal.
What happens if my site goes down or is hacked?
If you are a monthly subscriber and your website is down or hacked, you will receive urgent support until your website is restored.
Do you offer graphic design, photography, and copywriting services?
Yes. We can help you with every aspect of your website maintenance projects. These services can be purchased separately or be worked into your development time for the month.
Do you offer hosting services?
Yes. We offer managed hosting for Joomla! and Wordpress websites. If you choose to migrate your website to our servers there are no hosting charges when you are signed up for a website maintenance package.
Is there a limit to how many revisions I can request per update?
Each update includes an unlimited amount of revision requests. Revisions count towards your development time for the month.
Are there website maintenance changes you are not able to do?
Yes. It's rare, but sometimes we can't perform a website maintenance request. This could be due to the programming language your website was built in, unsupported functionality, restrictions imposed by your hosting provider, or other reasons beyond our control.
Can you setup a staging site?
Yes. We can setup a staging site so updates and modifications can be checked prior to going live. Please note, this does add extra development time when making changes to your site. Staging sites are basically a second website. They require software updates and other support to maintain.
Is there a long-term contract and how are payments handled?
There is no long-term contract. Monthly maintenance packages are billed every 4 months at the beginning of the maintenance period. Simply let us know 15 days before your maintenance package is complete if you do not want to continue.
Will unused hours be carried over to the next month?
During our kick-off meeting, we determine long-term and short-term goals for your website. If you do not have a specific project in mind for the month we will continue working on the long-term goals. There will not be any hours to carry over to the next month.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
How can I start a website maintenance package?
Send us a brief overview of your goals using our contact us form. We will get back to by the next business day so we can set up a time to talk.
Together we will decide what package will accomplish your goals best and we can get started right away. It’s really that easy. We let you know when tasks have been completed so you can review the changes and approve them once you are satisfied.
That's all there is to it! We take care of everything so you can focus on other important aspects of your business.

Event Displays

Do you work with companies that are not local?
Yes. We work with many clients that are not located in Windsor, Colorado. With all of the options for communicating these days it has become common to collaborate remotely. There is also no need for you to pick up your finished display because it can be shipped directly to you for no extra charge.
What happens after I request a quote?
After you send your request, you will receive an email that your message was received. After we review your information we will schedule a time to talk, so we discuss your needs in more detail. This call is really important because we want to provide you with accurate pricing information and turnaround times for your project.
Do you have templates that our internal design team can use to create artwork?
Yes. We have templates for all of our event displays that we can send you. We are happy to assist you during the design process to make sure everything turns out like you want.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. We offer professional design services for $125/hour. When you request a quote, we will also include an estimate for design time.
How can I be sure that I will like the design?
At the beginning of your project we will ask you questions about your likes and dislikes. Your answers help us understand your business and guide the design process. We work closely with you throughout your project and offer many opportunities for you to provide feedback. You can be confident that you will be proud of the finished display.
Are you able to match our company colors?
Yes. To ensure the closest color match it is best to send us your Pantone color codes. If you do not know your Pantone color codes, you can use the Online Pantone Color Finder to help you identify them. If identifying colors is out of your comfort zone, we will be happy to help you. Just let us know.
Will I receive a proof before our order goes to production?
Yes. Within 1-2 business days after your order is placed you will receive an electronic mock-up. This is your proof. You will need to approve this proof before your order goes to production.
Will the finished display match my mock-up?
Yes. Your mock-up will be an accurate representation of your finished display. It is used for final artwork approval and will be printed exactly as shown. If you have any concerns while reviewing your mock-up, please let us know so they can be addressed.
